Here are four steps to heal yourself from emotional trauma:

1: Acknowledge the Problem
First step is to realization and acceptance of the problem. Once you have observed it, your healing starts.

2: Face the Feelings
Next step is to experience and feel the depth of your feelings. If you run away from them, you'll never be free. Give yourself power not your feelings to live your life. You can face your feelings by sharing them with your friends.

3: Forgiveness and Responsibility
The most hard step. It's difficult to forgive the people who have hurt you but it is important to forgive because Forgiveness is for yourself, not others.

4: Heartfelt Gesture
Help others. Make them smile. Do Good. Spread positivity. Get positive vibes. This is the last step and not only heals you but also helps in self awareness.

When people are lying to you they talk or use phrases formally. For example they would say "I did not" instead of "I didn't".

But everything has some drawbacks, so empathy can be sometimes curse. But it totally depends on an empathic person to use this gift as a blessing or curse.

Over Sensitive
Sensitivity is a gift but this world has made this term so negative that sensitive people think it as a curse. But if you are sensitive, you don't need to listen these people. Know that you are sensitive because you are here to cure the world with your sensitivity. It's God gifted.

Parents are not going to be with their children always. They know it but they never teach them how to live on their own. Too much caring makes children weak.

Know Your Worth. Stop Complaining, Act Humble, stay grateful, stay loving. Don't go for negative thoughts. Bring Some Positivity in life. Be Happy for your Friends Achievements. Congratulate them.
