There are so many things inside us that we don't share with others. By seeing the world we just assume that there will be a happy ending but it's not true. Somewhere, somehow we all are emotionally unstable and facing some kind of emotional trauma. Many people suggest to visit a doctor or psychologist but it's no one to heal you but you.



Here are four steps to heal yourself from emotional trauma:

1: Acknowledge the Problem
First step is to realization and acceptance of the problem. Once you have observed it, your healing starts.

2: Face the Feelings
Next step is to experience and feel the depth of your feelings. If you run away from them, you'll never be free. Give yourself power not your feelings to live your life. You can face your feelings by sharing them with your friends.

3: Forgiveness and Responsibility
The most hard step. It's difficult to forgive the people who have hurt you but it is important to forgive because Forgiveness is for yourself, not others.

4: Heartfelt Gesture
Help others. Make them smile. Do Good. Spread positivity. Get positive vibes. This is the last step and not only heals you but also helps in self awareness.

There are still some people in your life who love you. Spend time with them, they are the one who deserve you.

Overthinking, one of the most dangerous habit and not only increases your stress level but you spend too much of time in negativity. Here are Some ways To Overcome it:

Be Aware
Be aware of it when it starts to happen. Whenever you doubt yourself or feel stress or anxious, just look at the situation and see your reaction, how you are responding. It is a seed of awareness.

Distract Yourself
Distract Yourself with happiness, positivity and healthy alternatives. Sing a song, dance, painting, photography, change your place, watch Tv and meditation can distance you from Overthinking. 

Accept You can't Control Everything
Failures are part of everyones life. Everyone has to face them one day and it's completely okay. Accept you can't control everything thing in life and learn from those failures.

The best way to Boost up your mood. Do push ups, crunches or just go for a 20 min walk. Fresh air gives you positive vibes.

Call a Friend
Not to discuss your problem but just to have a casual conversation.

Change your environment. Go for a walk in a park or go to market to buy a milk or anywhere but don't stay at home. Fresh Air can be very helpful.

Sleep
A nice nap can make a difference to your mood.

Do a Good Deed
Spend time with parents, help siblings in their homeworks, help neighbors in planting, do little things to make other happy. This too works very fast.

Break Out Your Albums and live the moments again.

You relax your nerves by inhaling some gorgeous scent of flowers.

We cannot force ourselves to change our mood. It takes time so be patient and keep trying.

Do you share a friendly relation with yourself? Being Kind can be hard but remember that You will never speak to anyone more than you speak to yourself so make sure you are treating yourself kindly. Say kind words to yourself for example I am worthy, I know I am not perfect but I can try.
You need to learn to respect and take care of yourself. Forgive Yourself I you make mistakes. Accept yourself for the way you are and you are great. It's okay to move out from unhealthy and toxic relationships. Sometimes you give so much of yourself to some people but still it wouldn't be enough for them and admit that they are not the people that deserve you. If you will not respect you than don't expect it from others.

What do you feel about yourself? When did you cheer up yourself last time? Have you ever imagined that when someone at work or in a class complimented you that you are looking Nice you felt happy. Our Society is very quick to judge and quick to spot negativity and always ready to comment on it. For example, someone is wearing something new but instead of appraising them we start to judge them and demotivate them by saying you are not looking good, why are you wearing it? For whom you are wearing it ? etc etc.... The judgemental society is the biggest problem to tackle with but firstly we have to tackle with our own self esteem. Remember that you are more critic than society towards yourself. So stop criticizing yourself for what you are. Believe me, you are great. Focus more on your success and positive points. If you don't cheer yourself than don't expect it from others. The World is not here to make your dreams true, you have to do it by yourself and for that you have to believe yourself. Stop criticizing yourself for failures and learn from those failures."Your Life is about You" and it's not a selfish thought,it's called self care. Be your own fan for what to you are. Listen to people and don't give a damn.

Happiness is a Choice Not Result

It's a myth that either people are born happy or not. Have you ever noticed that babies are happy, kids are happy but young and mature ones, because of circumstances, are not happy. Happiness is Something everyone wish for and Guess What It's Free. There is no right way to be happy. There is no formula for happiness. Happiness 100% depends on you. Believe it or not, You are responsible for your Happiness. It does not depend on people, circumstances, success etc. We can make up our mind to be happy. Happiness is an attitude of mind. Everyone in their lives is going through with alot of challenges not only you. But Some of them manage to keep hurdles and challenges away from their happiness and the best part is there is no specific recipe for it. Here are some ways to find happiness in Your Life:


Gratitude
The quality of being thankful.
Always Remember that there are people who love you unconditionally. You have Blessings that people pray for. Thank People for what they did for You. Appreciate what you have right now. Every Morning when you wake up,express atleast one thing for what you are grateful for and write it down and make a diary.

Boost Your Confidence
Know Your Worth. Don't Compare Yourself with others. Believe that You are lucky, You are Blessed, You are Beautiful, You are amazing. Love Yourself

Make Positive Memories
You meet Your Friend and had a great conversation, it's a positive memory. You meet school fellow and smiled when you looked at them, it's a positive memory. Try to identify and make positive memories.

Take Breaks From Social Media 
If you really want to be social than go out and meet people. Ask and Tell. Greet People and Make Plans.

Optimistic Approach
Take a break from negative Thoughts. Evaluate Your inner circle and identify who wants you to grow and remove people from your life who constantly makes you sad. Be positive to every situation. Stop focusing on Problems and focus more on Solutions. Never accept failures because they are your teacher. Learn from it.

Spread Happiness
Spend time with your loved ones. Spend 5 minutes to do something which makes them happier. Happiness on their face would Make you Happy. Always be ready to help those who need it. Help Old People to cross the Road, help your fellows to complete the Project, Help your Mother in Kitchen.

Exercise
Exercise is the best way to boost up your mood. Do at least a walk. Go to Gym or play physical games even if you don't know how to play.

Learn To Forgive
Let Go of Anger. It's Ok if someone has made a mistake. Forgiveness is for you and your happiness, not for others.

Practice Empathy
Respect Others Opinions. Take their Point of view. You will be able to understand The needs of People Around You. You will be able to resolve conflicts.

Remember that it's not a practice of a day or two, you have to be patient and trust yourself. Take an initiative to become a happy person and Spread Happiness.
