It's a myth that either people are born happy or not. Have you ever noticed that babies are happy, kids are happy but young and mature ones, because of circumstances, are not happy. Happiness is Something everyone wish for and Guess What It's Free. There is no right way to be happy. There is no formula for happiness. Happiness 100% depends on you. Believe it or not, You are responsible for your Happiness. It does not depend on people, circumstances, success etc. We can make up our mind to be happy. Happiness is an attitude of mind. Everyone in their lives is going through with alot of challenges not only you. But Some of them manage to keep hurdles and challenges away from their happiness and the best part is there is no specific recipe for it. Here are some ways to find happiness in Your Life:
Gratitude
The quality of being thankful.
Always Remember that there are people who love you unconditionally. You have Blessings that people pray for. Thank People for what they did for You. Appreciate what you have right now. Every Morning when you wake up,express atleast one thing for what you are grateful for and write it down and make a diary.
Boost Your Confidence
Know Your Worth. Don't Compare Yourself with others. Believe that You are lucky, You are Blessed, You are Beautiful, You are amazing. Love Yourself
Make Positive Memories
You meet Your Friend and had a great conversation, it's a positive memory. You meet school fellow and smiled when you looked at them, it's a positive memory. Try to identify and make positive memories.
Take Breaks From Social Media
If you really want to be social than go out and meet people. Ask and Tell. Greet People and Make Plans.
Optimistic Approach
Take a break from negative Thoughts. Evaluate Your inner circle and identify who wants you to grow and remove people from your life who constantly makes you sad. Be positive to every situation. Stop focusing on Problems and focus more on Solutions. Never accept failures because they are your teacher. Learn from it.
Spread Happiness
Spend time with your loved ones. Spend 5 minutes to do something which makes them happier. Happiness on their face would Make you Happy. Always be ready to help those who need it. Help Old People to cross the Road, help your fellows to complete the Project, Help your Mother in Kitchen.

How To Find You Have Toxic People In Your Life
Sometimes in your life you meet Toxic people and because of them you may get sick, or you may die. Even if you are not sure but at some point in your life you actually realize that there is a person in your circle who fits the discription. Since we cannot avoid everyone in our life, we should know the signs and traits of toxic people and we all need to familiarize ourselves with these traits:
1: Victim
They are very good at playing victim. They will find a way to blame you for what is happening to them. For Example, if they are late for work, they would blame their family members,neighbours or traffic.
2: Negativity
They are continuously negative and it is a "Surity" Signature that they are toxic. Negativity includes Nonstop Complaining, sarcasm and judgments on other People. Do Not Confuse Negativity With Realism.
3: They Are Never Wrong
For them, they are flawless. They have high level of ego. A normal person would apologize even if they are not wrong but toxic one would never ever do that and will always blame you. They may be aggressive to win an argument. When a person is good at something, they do not say how good they are because their actions would speak whereas Toxic people always talk about their qualities.
4: Criticizers
People who care about you may tell you what are your flaws and give you advice. But when someone find ways to constantly criticize you, you should know they are toxic.
5: Attention Seekers
They are hungry for attention. The most Dramatic ,Dominative, Loudest People. They will forcefully make other people attentive for them.
6: Liars
They are very good at making stories. They are never consistent to their words. They will Say "A" to you, "B" to other and "C" to someone else.
7: Careless
They are never supportive. If you are upto something they would demotivate you by constantly saying "You Are Good For Nothing". They would never understand your situation and always want you with them ,no matter what.
So if you have a person in your life with such traits you should immediately cut them off from your life. Some People can't be pleased and you are not here to please everyone. Be Confident and own your own faults and you don't need anyone's approval.
