There are so many things inside us that we don't share with others. By seeing the world we just assume that there will be a happy ending but it's not true. Somewhere, somehow we all are emotionally unstable and facing some kind of emotional trauma. Many people suggest to visit a doctor or psychologist but it's no one to heal you but you.



Here are four steps to heal yourself from emotional trauma:

1: Acknowledge the Problem
First step is to realization and acceptance of the problem. Once you have observed it, your healing starts.

2: Face the Feelings
Next step is to experience and feel the depth of your feelings. If you run away from them, you'll never be free. Give yourself power not your feelings to live your life. You can face your feelings by sharing them with your friends.

3: Forgiveness and Responsibility
The most hard step. It's difficult to forgive the people who have hurt you but it is important to forgive because Forgiveness is for yourself, not others.

4: Heartfelt Gesture
Help others. Make them smile. Do Good. Spread positivity. Get positive vibes. This is the last step and not only heals you but also helps in self awareness.

How To Catch Liars?

No one is innocent in this world. You are Busy for someone but it can be lie for them. You might enjoying a movie with a friend. Everyone speaks lie, sometimes not to hurt someone but sometimes to destroy others. So how can you check and catch the people who are liers.

Repetition Of Words
They have nothing to say but they talk for a long time by repeating the same things again and again.

Too Much Information
They always tell you more than what you have asked. They talk too much and hopes that by doing this you will believe them and mostly people fall in this tactic.

They Speak Formally
When people are lying to you they talk or use phrases formally. For example they would say "I did not" instead of "I didn't".

Avoid Eye Contact
When someone is avoiding eye contact with you and giving you information about what is requested, then there are possibilities that he is lying to you. Liars avoid eye contacts because it confuses them and they lose their confidence.

Pay close attention to people's actions. Sometimes we consider snakes as friends.

Empathy: Gift or Curse

Empathy is the ability to feel what others feel. Empathic people have this gift from nature which makes them special. These people are the true healers. But everything has some drawbacks, so empathy can be sometimes curse. But it totally depends on an empathic person to use this gift as a blessing or curse.

Here are some characteristics which help empaths to develop their empathic side but sometimes for them, these can be poisonous:

Over Sensitive
Sensitivity is a gift but this world has made this term so negative that sensitive people think it as a curse. But if you are sensitive, you don't need to listen these people. Know that you are sensitive because you are here to cure the world with your sensitivity. It's God gifted.

Can Absorb Others Emotions
Empaths can Absorb the emotions of people around them. They have observing nature. But sometimes, empaths get confused whether these Emotions are theirs or others. Because of this quality, people approach them to talk. They make them comfortable.

Can Sense Energy
Empaths have ability to Sense the energy around them. Vibes come to only empaths, not everyone. And they prefer to be around the people who gives them positive vibes.

Introvert
Again, introverts are the people who feel that they are in the world for nothing. But because of feeling others emotions, empaths can judge who is trustworthy and who is not and for this reason, they don't make themselves for everyone.

Just like they care for others, they want someone to care for them. But they can't Express their feelings to others because they think no one would understand and mostly it happens.
