How Much Confident You Are?
Your Self Confidence level can be shown in many ways: Your way of speaking, your dressing, your body language, your behaviour and so on.
Self Confident People are associated with following characteristics:
1) Always Ready For Criticism
They Are mentally prepare for the criticism which they are going to recieve. They Know what they are doing is for themselves, not to please others and so they are satisfied with themselves.
2) Being Willing To Take Risks
They are always ready for new opportunities. Their main focus is to learn the new things instead of fear of losing.
3) Happy On The Success Of Others
They will always wait to congratulate you on your success and would be extremely happy for you. Apart From Happiness, they will learn from you.
4) Optimistic
They always prefer "I can" on "I Can't". They not only take pttositive Vibes but also spread Positive Vibes.They always believe Something Good is going to happen.

This question always revolve around their head. They focus more on other people expectations and in result disappoint themselves.
Fearing Failure
They would never go for new oppurtunities because of fearing failure. They avoid taking risks. They don't take failure as a learning experience.Even they see themselves failing before they begin. They believe if they will fail their reputation would become zero.
Confused
These People are always confused. They have hard time to take decisions because "what If" hold their thoughts.
How Can You Gain Self Confidence?
Low Self Confidence may be Self Destructing. So here are some ways you can save yourself from self destruction and start to achieve your goals with optimistic approach:
Swot Analysis
Do your Swot Analysis.Identify your strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities. The best way to gain self Confidence is to do what you are afraid of.
Think Positive About Yourself
Believe it that you are beautiful, unique, valuable and special person. Celebrate your thoughts, decisions.
Exercise
Exercise is the best way to boost up your mood. Go for a walk Every day, even if it is cold.
Be Nice To People
Try to put a smile on someone's face which would result to put a smile on your face. Visit your friends, have a conversation with shopkeeper, get involved in a local charity.
Avoid People who make you feel bad about yourself
We always have some people in our life who constantly criticize us. Be aware Of Them and avoid them even cut them off from your lives. They would never appreciate You.
Learn From Failures
Be Proud on making mistakes. You Are Human. You are not perfect. It's Ok if u did something wrong. Now you have to learn from it.
